High frequency transformers

Elmi manufactures high frequency transformers in all possible combinations.

• Frequency:
  • working from 20 to 300 kHz.
  • Switching frequency and resonance frequency as per requirement.

• Cores:
  • ferrite cores
  • any requested shape available on the market: E, ETD, toroid, etc...

• Shape-typology:
  • in version horizontal, vertical, PTH or SMD.
• Option for wire:
  • Single or multi-strand enameled wire,
  • Litz wire,
  • Wire in double or triple TIW insulation,
  • Copper flat wire,
  • Insulated copper flat wire,
  • Grade as per IEC60317.
• Class:
  • Components can be provided in class F or H,
  • with UL certificates on request.
• Winding:
  • can be linear, on toroid.
  • Creepage and clearing distance primary-secondary as per standards or request,
  • Dielectric insulation between windings: as per requirement.
• Supports/bobbins:
  • Availability of supports suitable for respecting air gaps and standards required by safety regulations.
  • Bobbin can be provided in all suitable standard to respect standards. Best catalog bobbins, from Europe or China.
• Applicable standards on request:
  • Flammability: UL94V0, V1or HB,
  • Soldering Compliance according IPC610,
  • Packaging ESD:  as per IEC 61340-5,
  • Storage temperature and HR: usually -40°c +85°c @ 95%,
  • Ionic contamination as per IPC650-2.3.25.
• If quantity does request and allows it, we can let them produce in China via our partner company Traftor and manage final quality checking and logistic accordingly.
